What we do
At EDERPESCA, we carefully select our raw materials right from the source. We import cod mainly from the cold waters of the North-East Atlantic, particularly from Iceland and the Faroe Islands, areas internationally renowned for the quality of their catches.
We work with carefully selected producers who meet criteria for sustainable fishing and respect for the environment, thereby guaranteeing a high-quality product sourced responsibly.
Once the cod arrives at our premises, we carry out a selection and preparation process tailored to our customers’ needs, offering a range of cuts and formats designed for the professional sector
